**COVID 19 Update - WE'RE OPEN!

We at Vitality, as Health Care Providers in our community, take our social responsibility to Public Health very seriously. Since Monday March 16th, we have been closed for all but Virtual treatments to do our part to slow the spread of this virus and allow our burdened health care system to care for our most vulnerable. As of May 26th, the Minister of Health has removed the restrictions on our in-person care to allow our clinic to re-open. There are still many restrictions and protocols in place, and we can assure you that all efforts are being made to ensure the health and safety of our patients AND our practitioners.


We are continuing to offer Virtual Appointments for Physiotherapy and Naturopathy, as well as adding in-person clinical appointments where necessary, and we have resumed in-clinic appointments for Registered Massage Therapy.

Online booking is available and ALL bookings are encouraged to read our COVID19 statements and review our protocols carefully.


Your experience will be different than it has been in the past. There are new protocols in place that we all must follow, but the level of care you will receive will be the same as you remember.

Some of the changes you will see are:

required pre-screening email 24 hours prior to appointment

please fill it out in advance of your appointment

both patient and therapist must wear a mask in clinic at all times

please arrive with your mask in place

clinic will be locked at all times and your practitioner will greet you at the door

final screening, possibly including temperature reading, before entry

hand disinfection required immediately upon entry

hand sanitizer will be provided

furniture minimized, anything unnecessary to treatment removed from clinic

it might look a bit barren

no visitors allowed, required support people will need to provide name and number for contact tracing

Some things that you won't see, but are a part of our new procedures:

increased time between appointments to eliminate crossover

fewer appointments per day

increased cleaning and disinfection protocols

We are happy to be back providing care in our communities, albeit in a reduced capacity. We empathize with your frustration as we re-open slowly and carefully.
